With this painting I exhibit people from different walks of life, and different struggles. You’ll see some depictions of gang violence and poverty, as well as sickness, neglect of officials, religious identity and those that embrace their complexity. The important thing is that even though these people look so different, they are all in union creating one sound under one conductor. And that even though we may not want to, we should take the time to hear the noise of each experience as they culminate to produce the one sound of life itself.
